Spanish Life Insurance Agent – San Diego

Employee Retention BenefitsSan Diego, CA
Onsite

About The Position

ERB is urgently hiring 2 licensed Life Insurance Agents to support a heavy enrollment schedule next month. We currently have 8 active client accounts scheduled for enrollment and ERB has also secured a new Public Safety account with 10,000+ employees, creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away. This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support. This role offers immediate production opportunities. It is a commission-based role with built-in stipend support. You receive a regular stipend every two weeks while running enrollment meetings, which gives you immediate cash flow from day one. You earn commissions from the employees you enroll, which are paid after policies are confirmed by the carrier. Your commission is matched to your production. If your commission is higher, you get paid the remaining balance. If your commission is lower, you keep what you were already paid. No payback. No deductions. No clawbacks. This is better because you don’t have to wait 2-3 months to get paid, you have consistent income while working, you still keep full commission upside, and you are protected during slower periods.
