The Division of Child and Family Well-Being (DCFW) at NC DHHS focuses on supporting the health and well-being of children and families in North Carolina. The North Carolina Early Intervention Section (NCEI), part of DCFW, leads the N.C. Infant-Toddler Program (ITP), which provides services for children birth to three with special needs.
