About The Position
Brightmont Academy is seeking a Part-Time Spanish Instructor to provide one-to-one instruction to students in grades 1-12. Founded in 1999, Brightmont Academy focuses on personalized learning with a student-centered approach across its 25 campuses in 10 states. This role offers a flexible schedule with no lesson planning or outside work required, allowing instructors to concentrate solely on inspiring their students. The academy emphasizes empowering young minds through a gradual release model that builds confidence and academic success.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish or Language education.
- Patience and empathy, understanding that every student learns differently and commitment to supporting them.
- A genuine passion to share your subject with the next generation.
- Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
- Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA, only) and pass a federal background check.
Nice To Haves
- A teaching certification.
- Experience teaching Spanish.
- Advanced degree in a specific subject area of expertise.
- Previous one-to-one teaching experience.
