Velera is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for providing courteous and efficient service to Credit Union employees and/or members by applying knowledge of Velera’s organization and products. The position requires meeting performance targets and advancing via a career path. The role involves taking incoming calls, navigating tools to address inquiries, maintaining a high level of service, and demonstrating a calm, professional demeanor, especially in difficult situations. It also includes developing productive working relationships, promoting a positive image of Velera's Call Centers, and participating in ongoing product and procedure training.
