About The Position

This client is North American operations closely support major OEM production plants through localized supply chain management, engineering support, quality assurance, and customer service activities. We are seeking a Bilingual Finance Specialist / Finance Analyst (Spanish Required) to support finance operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Korea. This role is responsible for accounting, treasury, finance, tax, and FP&A while serving as a key liaison between global finance teams. We are open to a wide range of experience levels: entry-level to Finance Manager. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and strong Spanish communication skills are encouraged to apply. Manufacturing finance and SAP/ERP experience are preferred, but candidates with limited finance experience and strong growth potential will also be considered. This position may be based in either the U.S. or Mexico, depending on business needs and candidate qualifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (4-year university)
Spanish proficiency required
Ability to communicate in English or Korean at a business level
Strong Spanish skills and effective communication abilities

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing Finance / Accounting
Experience working in multinational companies or overseas subsidiaries
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
Ability to communicate in Korean / English / Spanish (trilingual)
Candidates with limited finance experience and strong growth potential will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Support finance operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Korea, including Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Tax, and FP&A.
Support communication among Finance Teams in Mexico, the U.S., and Korea.
Provide internal communication support for Finance-related matters.
