About The Position
This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in fields such as Space Tech. The Co-Founder / CPO will own, build, and run their startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The role includes a customized personal development programme, weekly one-to-one sparring, startup-building support, coaching to prepare for fundraising, and guidance in reaching product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities. The company offers either a salary while building the startup as a directly employed team member or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Additional support includes access to a community of founders, peers, and investors; recruitment support through a network of over 50,000 professionals; and help securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months on average.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for an independent startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
