About The Position

The Space Management and Planning Analyst creates space-planning designs and cost-effective solutions for colleagues. The work supports office relocations, space consolidations and reconfigurations, new construction, and renovations, while aligning with corporate real estate strategies and workplace standards. The role interfaces with leadership and internal construction management to create project budgets and dynamically and graphically reports on drawing-sourced space data, including building and department areas, usable square footage, space-type inventory, occupancy rates, and vacancies. Other duties may be assigned.

The position is identified as office-based. Huntington describes a general approach that may allow certain positions outside its branch network to use flexible work arrangements, with specific arrangements determined by the hiring team. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong budgeting and accounting experience and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Experience developing, managing, and measuring performance standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal customers and partners at all levels within the Bank.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Good analytical and reasoning skills, including data analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with narrow deadlines.
