About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join their Spa team as a Spa Therapist in their Wellness floor. This role involves performing massages, facials, and body treatments according to Four Seasons protocols, assisting with spa menu development and programming, maintaining inventory, ensuring treatment rooms are properly equipped, and ensuring that all standards/protocols are being performed by others. The Spa Therapist will also act as the State Compliance Officer for Massage & Esthetics License.

Requirements

• Proven and demonstrated previous management/supervisory experience
• Fluent in another language
• Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry
• Computer
• Proven and demonstrated previous management/supervisory experience
• Proven and demonstrated previous experience as a therapist in a high-volume spa/health club operation, preferably within hospitality/hotel environment
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States. Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered.
