About The Position

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional, personalized massage treatments that reflect Four Seasons’ legendary standards of service. You will create memorable, restorative experiences for our guests through skill, attentiveness, and genuine care.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Active Hawai‘i Massage Therapist License
Proficiency in Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports, and Lomi Lomi massage
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
A genuine passion for wellness, guest service, and continuous learning
Ability to listen to guest needs, respect privacy, and deliver customized experiences
Willingness to participate in all required training and development programs

Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality, customized massage treatments in a variety of settings, including spa treatment rooms, outdoors, and poolside
Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports, and Lomi Lomi massage techniques
Engage guests with warm, gracious, and professional service tailored to individual needs
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the Spa
Educate guests on spa, fitness, and recreational offerings to enhance their overall wellness journey
Work collaboratively with spa colleagues and leadership to uphold Four Seasons service culture
Comply with all Four Seasons standards, policies, and training programs
