About The Position
The Massage Therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience the highest level of service.
Requirements
- Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
- 3 years’ experience within a luxury hotel environment
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language other language is a plus.
- Must have the ability to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and Lomi-Lomi massage.
- Must be able to participate to all training offered by the spa.
- Must have the ability to listen and understand guest needs, respect guest privacy, create an exceptional, customized and professional experience to our guests.
- Hawaii Licensed Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to protocol guidelines when performing any massage or body treatment, unless otherwise requested by the guest
- Educate and sell products and upgraded services to guests.
- Assist Team members with set up and break down of treatments
- The ability to set up, utilize, operate and clean/properly sanitize all equipment use for treatment rooms.
