About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Male Spa Attendant to provide support in the spa department. This role is crucial in maintaining the luxury standards of our AAA Five Diamond property. We are looking for an individual who embodies the Golden Rule, providing intuitive service with a warm and friendly smile, and is empowered to do what is right. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the retail-hospitality industry and a desire to gain proficient knowledge in the resort/fashion field.

Requirements

High level of interest in fashion merchandising and display creation as it relates to store esthetics and its impact on revenue generation in the retail-hospitality industry.
Desire to gain proficient knowledge in the retail profession as it relates to the unique resort/fashion field.
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work within a large team environment
Prior experience in spa or housekeeping
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
Must be fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the Men’s Locker room, work-out areas, tennis and games rooms
Assist the guest by answering any questions or escorting them throughout the spa
