Responsibilities

Deliver a five-star guest experience from the first phone call through checkout.
Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.
Educate guests on our Wellness Programs and confidently recommend memberships.
Consistently drive key performance indicators, including: Membership Conversion, Member Retention, Pre-Booking, Service Elevations, Membership Growth.
Identify opportunities to save memberships and strengthen guest loyalty.
Own every phone call with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
Maintain scheduling accuracy, detailed appointment notes, and seamless communication.
Collaborate with therapists and teammates to deliver an elevated guest experience.
