Requirements

  • The ability to meet membership sales goals.
  • Detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
  • Excellent customer service skills to build lasting connections with members and guests.
  • Effective communication of sales, promotions, and service options.
  • Ability to uphold spa cleanliness standards.
  • Proficiency in answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents.
  • Willingness to perform various other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role within the spa or wellness industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with spa software for scheduling and client management.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
