About The Position

Lake Austin Spa Resort is seeking a dedicated Spa Reservationist to join our team. This role is crucial in assisting guests with booking reservations, processing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our spa clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with guests, managing reservations across multiple systems, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
At least one year of customer service experience.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Comfortable speaking with guests while navigating multiple computer systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous reservations, hospitality, hotel, spa, or call center experience.
Experience using Opera or Book 4 Time.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist guests with booking reservations.
Process gift certificate orders.
Quote rates, explain packages, and confirm appointment availability.
Accurately enter reservations using Book 4 Time and Opera.
Assist resort guests with scheduling spa services during their stay.
Respond to guest questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Recommend additional spa services and activities when appropriate.
Coordinate special requests with other departments as needed.
Prepare and send reservation confirmations, brochures, enrollment letters, and other guest correspondence.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Process online reservation requests.
Confirm upcoming appointments and reservations by phone.
Stay informed on current promotions, packages, and resort offerings.
Assist the Sales and Marketing department with special projects and data collection.
Work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and guest service.
