About The Position

The Spa Receptionist at Aspen Leaf Day Spa is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all appointments, maintaining knowledge of spa services and products, and ensuring the spa facility is maintained throughout the shift. This role involves escorting guests to and from treatments, handling cashiering duties for services and retail, and answering all incoming calls. The Spa Receptionist is a key part of creating exceptional experiences for guests.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong telephone skills

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
  • Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
  • Escort guests to and from treatments
  • Cashiering duties for services and retail
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Other duties as assigned
