About The Position

Sage Lodge is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join their team. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining knowledge of spa services and products, and ensuring the spa facility is clean and well-maintained. The Spa Receptionist will also handle cashiering duties and answer incoming calls. The lodge is located on the Yellowstone riverfront, offering a beautiful natural setting and proximity to outdoor activities and Yellowstone National Park.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience required
Strong computer, communication and telephone skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 30 pounds throughout a workday
Must either have MT Food Service Certification or be open to obtaining one upon hire

Nice To Haves

1+ years experience in spa industry preferred

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift, including laundry, cleaning, food or beverage service
Escort guests to and from treatments
Cashiering duties for services and retail
Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments
Other duties as assigned
