Sage Lodge is seeking a Grill Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of front-of-house service for the restaurant(s). This role involves managing the floor, assigning tables, ensuring an efficient flow between front and back of house, and empowering proper service etiquette. The manager will also be responsible for preparing weekly schedules, managing menus, inventory, and ordering in collaboration with other department heads, submitting payroll, conducting hiring for front-of-house staff, and training staff on service etiquette and menu knowledge. Additionally, the role includes planning private parties, conducting yearly performance reviews, promoting staff cross-training, and developing marketing strategies to attract and retain clientele. The manager will also work to enhance food and beverage amenities.
