About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join their dynamic Spa Team. This role is ideal for someone with excitement and dedication in serving guests. The Spa Receptionist will welcome guests, handle all inquiries by being knowledgeable about treatments, products, services, and pricing, and schedule treatments to maximize the use of time within the treatment schedule. They will anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked and be knowledgeable about all available menu options.
Requirements
- One to two years’ experience working in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to be a quick problem solver.
- Work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and handle all inquiries.
- Be knowledgeable about treatments, products, and services offered as well as pricing.
- Schedule treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule.
- Anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked.
- Be knowledgeable about all available menu options.
