About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join the team at Willows Lodge. This role is responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable and relaxing experience within the resort/hotel spa by engaging with them in a courteous and efficient manner. The Spa Receptionist will greet guests, introduce the facilities and program components, and ensure the spa area remains clean and stocked. This position requires collaboration with team members, quick thinking, and an engaging attitude. It's a great opportunity for a driven individual to grow and learn at a world-class property.

Ability to frequent bend, push/pull, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aide certification preferred

Responsibilities

Greeting clients as they enter the Spa
Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
Assisting guests with booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
Monitoring the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety, and providing direction or instruction when appropriate.
