About The Position
Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call Spa Receptionist who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Spa Receptionist reports to the Assistant Spa Manager and ensures a smooth Spa experience from having a thorough knowledge of all Spa treatments and retail products to checking guests in and out of the Spa. The individual must be able to handle various guest requests, inquiries, and issues, and be responsible for the follow up of such circumstances.
Requirements
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Solid knowledge of various treatment protocols.
- Previous customer experience in a luxury Spa environment and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Service Passion
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing full menu of professional massages to clients including herbal wraps, loofa treatments, aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, prenatal, and shiatsu treatments.
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth Spa experience to our guests.
- Advising and educating guest of Spa treatment and produce options to suit their needs via telephone, email and in person.
- Welcoming guests to the Spa and checking them in and out of their services.
