About The Position

Twin Farms is seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to support our Forbes Five-Star spa experience. The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for spa guests, coordinating appointments and ensuring each visit feels seamless, personal, and thoughtfully prepared.

Requirements

• Previous luxury hospitality, spa reception, reservations, or guest-service experience preferred.
• Warm, polished, and confident communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple appointments and changing priorities.
• Professional, discreet, dependable, and calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.
• Schedule and confirm spa treatments and wellness experiences.
• Coordinate appointments with therapists, estheticians, and other departments.
• Respond to guest questions and communicate treatment information clearly.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, schedules, and service notes.
• Process charges and assist with spa retail purchases.
• Anticipate guest preferences and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members.
• Support the presentation and organization of the reception and retail areas.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and other daily spa operations.
• Follow Forbes Five-Star service standards and protect guest confidentiality.
