About The Position
The Lodge at St. Edward Park is seeking a Seasonal Spa Receptionist. This role involves managing appointments, maintaining knowledge of spa services and products, ensuring the spa facility is kept tidy, handling cashiering duties for services and retail, and answering incoming calls. The position is seasonal, with an anticipated start date of April 28th and an end date of September 27th.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer, communication and telephone skills
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
- Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
- Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
- Cashiering duties for services and retail
- Answer all incoming calls
- Other duties as assigned
