About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Spa Pool Food Runner/Server Assistant. In this key role, you'll play a vital part in our guests' experience by swiftly and precisely ensuring the smooth delivery of delectable orders from the kitchen to their tables, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role, in a luxury setting, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all orders are completed accurately, in time, and with the correct priority.
• Perform the finishing touches to completed dishes, such as adding garnishes and removing smudges.
• Assisting servers, bartenders, and guests in the dining experience, taking orders and delivering requested items in an efficient and timely manner
• Relate with guests about needs, satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service
• Understands and follows the steps of service at all times.
• Operate, maintain and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings
• Complete all opening and closing side duties a assigned
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
• Check in with guests upon delivery of dishes and ensure they have everything they need, as needed

Benefits

• The starting rate for this role is $17.90 per hour, plus tips.
