About The Position
Baltimore Country Club is looking for energetic, detail-oriented Server Assistants/Food Runners to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll help create memorable dining experiences for our members and guests by keeping service areas running smoothly and supporting servers throughout each shift.
Requirements
- Professional attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stay active during shifts
- Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum age 16; year-round, flexible availability required
Nice To Haves
- Bussing or runner experience preferred but not required (Country Club a plus)
- Knowledge of food, beer, wine, or spirits is a plus
Responsibilities
- Set, clear, and reset tables with care and attention to detail
- Greet Members and Guests with a friendly smile
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery
- Keep dining areas neat, stocked, and ready for service
- Go above and beyond to ensure every Member feels welcomed
