Requirements
- Proven sales experience, with energy from guests trusting recommendations and closing sales.
- A bold, outgoing personality that makes guests feel at home.
- Strong software skills, comfortable with fast-paced systems.
- A passion for amazing service and clear communication.
- Availability for varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships, gift cards, and Dermalogica products, including memberships to first-timers and upgrades for returning members.
- Make every guest feel welcome in person and over the phone.
- Help guests schedule an elevated service with the right therapist.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
