About The Position
At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Spa Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and help grow our membership-based spa business in Montgomeryville, PA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching teams, driving sales performance, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Spa experience is a plus — but leadership, sales, and customer service experience are what matter most. We’ll teach you the spa industry side.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or membership-based businesses
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for team development
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable analyzing reports and using performance metrics to drive decisions
- Positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests
Nice To Haves
- Spa, wellness, or fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead daily spa operations and support overall business growth
- Drive membership sales, retail performance, and guest retention
- Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team

- Optimize schedules, staffing, and operational efficiency

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
