About The Position

Work with the Concierge Team to maintain one of the most important aspects of our guests' experiences: the cleanliness of our spa. This role involves detailed cleaning of various areas within the spa, including treatment rooms, lounge areas, and the lobby, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and appearance. The housekeeper will also manage laundry, supplies, and interact with guests in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Identification verifying you are at least 18 years of age
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• The ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs.)
• The desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• The ability and desire to work independently with little supervision
• Multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills - the ability to speak, read, and write in the English Language
• The ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced position with guest interaction

Responsibilities

• Clean toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly
• Vacuum throughout entire spa and retail area, empty trash in all areas of the spa
• Unload laundry and organize laundry area
• Visually inspect treatment rooms, lounge areas and lobby for cleanliness and appearance
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
• Keep supply closet cleaned and organized
