About The Position

Work with the Concierge Team to maintain one of the most important aspects of our guests' experiences: the cleanliness of our spa. This role involves cleaning toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using various tools and cleaning agents. The housekeeper will also dust furniture, vacuum areas, empty trash, and unload laundry. A key part of the role is visually inspecting treatment rooms, lounge areas, and the lobby for cleanliness and appearance, while complying with attendance rules and performing other assigned duties. The supply closet must also be kept clean and organized.

Requirements

• Verifying you are at least 18 years of age
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• The ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs.)
• The desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• The ability and desire to work independently with little supervision
• Multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills - the ability to speak, read, and write in the English Language
• The ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced position with guest interaction

Responsibilities

• Clean toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.
• Vacuum throughout entire spa and retail area, empty trash in all areas of the spa.
• Unload laundry and organize laundry area.
• Visually inspect treatment rooms, lounge areas and lobby for cleanliness and appearance.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
• Keep supply closet cleaned and organized.
