About The Position
Hotel Valley Ho, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join their team. This part-time position is responsible for ensuring guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience within the resort/hotel spa. The Spa Receptionist will greet guests, introduce facilities and programs, maintain the cleanliness and stock of the spa area, and assist guests with any needs or requests. This role requires quick thinking, an engaging attitude, and collaboration with team members. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to frequent bend, push/pull, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients as they enter the Spa
- Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
- Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
- Assisting guests will booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
- Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
- Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
