About The Position

The Spa Front Desk is the first face our guests see when they walk through the door and that moment sets the tone for everything that follows. We're looking for someone warm, professional, and genuinely energized by making people feel taken care of. You'll be the hub of the spa experience: managing appointments, answering questions, handling transactions, and keeping the front of house running smoothly. If you love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering a polished first impression, this is a great fit. There's also real room to grow here. We're invested in developing our team and this role can be a stepping stone into broader spa and resort opportunities. For over 100 years, Cote Hospitality has crafted transformative guest experiences across world-class resorts and camps. At Grand View Lodge, that means exceptional wellness woven into a full resort lifestyle, golf, dining, events, and more, all grounded in our CoteCares culture of belonging, respect, and shared purpose. We're invested in your growth here: this role comes with real opportunity to advance and expand your skills within our spa program.

  • Clear, friendly communication; whether face-to-face, on the phone, or via email.

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism; you set the tone for their entire visit from the moment they arrive.
