What You’ll Earn $14–$16 per hour + 10% commission on retail sales Earn up to $260 per month ($3,120+ per year) in membership sales commission alone Unlimited earning potential — the more memberships and retail you sell, the more you make This is a sales-driven role with real earning opportunity for motivated team members. The Role As a Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide) , you are the face of our boutique and a key driver of revenue. You will: Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression Customize each guest’s massage experience Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness Book appointments and manage the front desk flow Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey You’ll combine hospitality and sales skills to deliver an exceptional experience while driving performance. The NOW Massage was designed as an oasis to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect within. The NOW Massage’s goal is to offer high-quality, customizable massage services without the time commitment and cost of a traditional spa. The NOW Massage’s interiors have been recognized by press and influencers for its elevated aesthetic, inspired by exotic destinations from around the world. With boutiques currently open from coast to coast and steady expansion on the horizon, The NOW Massage is looking forward to bringing its thoughtfully crafted menu, healing products and signature design to cities all over the United States.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience
- Sales and customer service experience required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable recommending products and closing sales
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude

Responsibilities

- Deliver top-level service to guests and team members
- Warmly greet and check in guests
- Actively drive membership, enhancement, retail, and gift card sales
- Educate guests on services and products
- Accurately book, edit, and cancel appointments
- Open and close the boutique following SOPs
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain reception and guest areas to brand standards
- Collaborate with leadership to improve performance and innovation
