About The Position

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is looking for a Spa Front Desk Attendant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and/or some experience in a resort spa/salon environment. This up-beat, friendly person will be the face of the spa, responsible for greeting guests, scheduling spa service appointments, keeping operations running smoothly, and promoting retail products. The role requires the ability to handle a fast pace with multiple guests at a time, be adept or quick to learn scheduling software and point of sale registers. Proficiency in basic computer skills (Excel, PDF files, Word), excellent email and phone etiquette, and confidence with basic math skills (addition/subtraction, percentages) are necessary. Responsibilities also include back-of-house tasks such as maintaining spa cleanliness and stocking, tidying locker rooms/lounges, and completing start-of-day/end-of-day closing checklists, along with other administrative duties as assigned.
