About The Position
Salamander Middleburg is seeking a professional and dependable Spa Facilitator to support daily spa operations and maintain the exceptional standards of our Forbes Five-Star luxury spa. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment and delivering exceptional guest service. The Spa Facilitator plays an important role in ensuring a seamless luxury spa experience by maintaining locker room facilities, assisting guests, and supporting daily spa operations. This position is essential to maintaining Forbes Five-Star cleanliness and service standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Professional demeanor and reliability required
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, hospitality, fitness, or facilities experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide spa facility orientation
- Escort guests and assign lockers
- Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, lounges, and relaxation areas
- Stock towels, robes, beverages, and spa amenities
- Monitor spa areas to ensure safety and presentation standards
- Support guest flow and daily spa operations
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail offerings
- Maintain Forbes Five-Star service standards
- Respond professionally to guest requests
- Support spa leadership with operational tasks
