Greeting clients upon entrance and exit of the spa and seeing to their individual needs Booking appointments via telephone and in-person on Book4Time scheduling system Keeping retail & spa areas organized and presentable Confirming appointments on a daily basis via telephone & email Assisting with regularly scheduled inventory count Mantaining knowledge of spa services, products, and technicians Collecting, assessing, and organizing client database QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Proactive, with excellent customer service and phone etiquette Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task Luxury spa or retail experience preferred; luxury hotel experience helpful Computer savvy; previous knowledge of spa booking software preferred Must be able to work early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays Most importantly, friendly, polished and positive personality We are only looking for serious applicants who are interested in long term employment.
