About The Position
Come Join The Woodhouse Day Spa Team! We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements
- Meevo experience required or highly preferred
- Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
- Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
- Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
- Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
- Supports the General Manager and leadership team
- Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment
- Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed
