About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Spa Coordinator at Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa in Vero Beach, Florida. As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable and relaxing spa experience by engaging with them in a courteous and efficient manner. You will greet guests, introduce spa facilities and program components, book appointments, and coordinate with therapists to ensure timely services. This role requires someone who is quick on their feet, has an engaging attitude, and is passionate about making meaningful connections and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

Greeting clients as they enter the Spa
Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
Assist guests in preparing for their treatments
Coordinate with the therapists to provide timely services
Assisting guests will booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures.
Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
