Spa Coordinator (Medical Aesthetics)

Aurora Medical SpaCastle Rock, CO
Onsite

About The Position

Aurora Medical Spa isn't just another med spa — we're a certified Great Place to Work® where talented professionals grow, thrive, and love what they do. Since 2006, we've helped clients look and feel their best through safe, advanced, results-driven aesthetic care. Our Castle Rock location has been open for just over a year — and we're building something special. Joining us now means becoming part of a close-knit, passionate team at the ground level of a growing Colorado presence, while having the stability and support of a company with 8 locations and counting. The best of both worlds: the energy of something new, and the foundation of something proven. We are looking for a Spa Coordinator who has a genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry and wants to be part of building an exceptional client experience from the ground up. You'll be the face of our Castle Rock location — the first impression every client has when they walk through our doors and the steady hand that keeps everything running beautifully behind the scenes. This isn't just a front desk job. It's a career opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, loves what the aesthetics industry stands for, and wants to grow with a team that is just getting started in Colorado.

  • Enjoys sales conversations and educating clients about services
  • Is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry — this isn't just a job to you, it's something you genuinely love
  • Wants to build something, not just maintain it
  • Sees this as a career path, not a stepping stone

  • Deliver a high-level, welcoming client experience from check-in to check-out
  • Manage provider schedules with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate daily treatment flow and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain precise client records and financial transactions

  • Help refine front desk systems and processes as the practice grows
  • Play a key role in building and eventually helping train future front desk team members

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • 401k with company match
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Generous employee discounts and spa perks
  • Modern, professional work environment
