The Spa Coordinator is the first and last impression for every client. This role is critical to the success of our Georgetown location — setting the tone for the client experience while keeping daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

• 2+ years in medical aesthetics, dental, dermatology, or upscale hospitality (preferred)
• A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry and helping others feel their best
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a client-facing, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-level, welcoming client experience from check-in to check-out
• Manage provider schedules with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate daily treatment flow and ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and financial transactions
• Confidently discuss services, packages, and memberships
• Support retail recommendations and client education
• Partner closely with providers to ensure strong rebooking and follow-up
• Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
