About The Position

The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa is seeking an organized Spa Coordinator to manage day-to-day spa and salon administration, coordinate bookings, and deliver exceptional guest reception services. Reporting to the Director of Spa, you will manage scheduling logistics and retail sales to ensure a seamless luxury wellness experience. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences for each guest, contributing to the success of a growing company.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel spa, front desk, or hospitality conference services environment.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and hands-on experience using specialized spa/salon reservation software.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Highly organized multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full flexibility to work varied shifts according to business demands, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day spa and salon administration.
  • Coordinate bookings and deliver exceptional guest reception services.
  • Manage scheduling logistics and retail sales.
  • Welcome guests, verify bookings, provide property facility tours, and process retail product and spa service sales.
  • Coordinate individual and group bookings using specialized spa software, manage cancellations, and communicate last-minute changes to service providers.
  • Manage an assigned cash bank, handle secure guest payments, process room charges, and accurately log employee cash tips for accounting.
  • Assist the Director of Spa with monthly reporting, maintain database records, route communications, and order VIP amenities.
  • Act as the direct on-property point of contact for event group leaders and notify engineering promptly of any facility maintenance needs.
