About The Position

Ocean Tides Spa is seeking a warm, organized, and guest-focused Spa Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our spa guests. This role is essential in delivering a seamless and elevated spa experience—from booking appointments to ensuring each guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and cared for throughout their visit.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using reservation and POS systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest service

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming spa environment
Schedule and confirm spa services, manage reservations, and optimize therapist bookings
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability
Coordinate guest check-in and check-out, including processing payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail space
Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience
Communicate effectively with spa therapists and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when appropriate
Assist with inventory tracking and restocking retail items
Support daily opening and closing procedures
