About The Position

Spa Coordinator Kalologie is redefining how aesthetic and wellness services are delivered, integrated inside premium host brands including Club Studio and MGM Resorts. Our locations are built into high-traffic, high-income environments, creating consistent client flow. We are seeking a Spa Coordinator to support daily clinic operations and deliver a seamless, elevated client experience within a structured, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a spa/wellness setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability
Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to take initiative
Comfortable discussing services and guiding clients through booking and purchasing decisions
Availability to maintain a consistent schedule on Thursdays and Saturdays, with the ability to support additional hours based on clinic demand and events.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high-quality, welcoming client experience from arrival through checkout
Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and client communications across phone, text, and digital platforms
Support clinic flow by coordinating provider schedules and optimizing daily bookings
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Educate clients on services, memberships, and offerings to support overall clinic performance
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment
Assist with opening and closing procedures and general administrative tasks
Support local outreach efforts and in-clinic events as needed
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and client satisfaction
