Assist with training Holistic Healing Center services team in all tasks related to their position, as well as possessing an in-depth knowledge of HHC treatments. Maintain open lines of communication with Spa and Wellness Leadership and Service Providers. Resolve guest complaints quickly and efficiently and to the Guest’s satisfaction. Perform administrative duties such as managing Spa memberships, tracking/preparing for Spa VIP arrivals, performing associate reviews and interviews, and reconciling over and shorts.
