As a Spa Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless spa experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining an inviting and relaxing atmosphere, assisting guests with scheduling, providing information about spa services, and handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Your attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction will contribute to an exceptional spa experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the Pro Solutions scheduling system.
  • Ability to explain ticketing procedures, including billing and gratuity guidelines.
  • Adherence to cash, credit, and billing policies.
  • Knowledge of proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Accuracy in processing hotel charges and credit card transactions.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining organized workspaces and supporting record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet each guest upon arrival and offer a complimentary beverage to enhance their experience.
  • Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, classes, and activities, helping guests make informed choices.
  • Follow established procedures for various guest types, including hotel guests, day package visitors, conference groups, spa package guests, and members.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments for all spa services using the Pro Solutions scheduling system.
  • Clearly communicate any add-ons or modifications to treatment staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Allocate time and demonstrate patience when assisting Spa Program and Day Program guests to create a personalized experience.
  • Thoroughly explain ticketing procedures, including billing and gratuity guidelines, ensuring guest clarity.
  • Adhere to all cash, credit, and billing policies as established by the Accounting department.
  • Follow proper cash-handling procedures, including opening, closing, cashing out, and balancing registers.
  • Process hotel charges and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized and professional workspace, ensuring staff areas, workstations, and guest schedules remain tidy and well-managed.
  • Support daily record-keeping with meticulous attention to detail.
