About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Spa Concierge to
join our Forbes Five-Star spa team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented,
personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This
role serves as the primary point of contact for spa guests, coordinating
appointments, assisting visitors throughout their spa experience, and supporting
daily spa operations while maintaining the luxury service standards of the Stein
Collection. The Spa Concierge plays an essential role in upholding the Forbes
service standards and luxury guest experience associated with the Stein
Collection.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa treatments and manage guest reservations using the spa booking system.
• Greet guests upon arrival, check guests in and out for spa services, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Provide tours of spa facilities, locker rooms, and amenities when needed.
• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Generate invoices and process guest charges for spa services and retail purchases.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment at all times.
• Communicate guest information accurately to spa team members to ensure smooth spa operations.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, and amenities to assist guests with questions and recommendations.
• Create an exceptional guest experience through a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented approach.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and adhere to Forbes Five-Star service standards.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds.
• Assist spa attendants with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces as needed.
• Support cleanliness and upkeep of the fitness room and pool area.
• Restock retail shelves and maintain clean, organized retail displays.
• Keep the front desk and concierge area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Assist therapists with treatment room setup and cleanup when needed.
• Support general spa operations including light cleaning and laundry assistance when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of designated spa areas including touchless services rooms and shared guest spaces.
• Remain flexible and assist other spa departments as needed to support overall operations.
• Perform other duties as directed by spa management.
