About The Position

The Spa Attendant will be responsible for but not limited to the overall cleanliness, organization, and up-keep of the locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, outdoor and pool area, and fitness room at the Spa. In addition, the Spa Attendant will be responsible for greeting, orientating the guests to the amenities in locker room and escorting them to the relaxation room prior to all treatments. The Spa Attendant should be knowledgeable in F&B service. Taking food and beverage orders at the pool and learning POS system is required. Ensure prompt response and follow up to guest’s needs. Understand and adhere to Forbes Standards.

Requirements

Superior communication and organizational skills are necessary.
Flexibility for schedules, holidays and weekends will be required.
Ability to work with cleaning chemicals.
Current TIPS Alcohol Certification or comparable alcohol service certification.

Responsibilities

Overall cleanliness, organization, and up-keep of the locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, outdoor and pool area, and fitness room at the Spa.
Greeting and orientating guests to the amenities in the locker room.
Escorting guests to the relaxation room prior to all treatments.
Taking food and beverage orders at the pool.
Learning and utilizing the POS system.
Ensuring prompt response and follow-up to guest needs.
Understanding and adhering to Forbes Standards.
