About The Position

Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a part-time Spa Concierge to manage the daily operations of their award-winning spa. This role involves welcoming guests, providing information about services, managing reservations, handling retail sales, and ensuring a clean and organized spa environment. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented individual who thrives in a busy setting and is dedicated to creating positive guest experiences.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience
Experience with POS systems
Experience with reservations and scheduling
Experience with retail sales and upselling
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Organized
Able to problem-solve independently
Able to remain calm, professional, and welcoming in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Welcome spa guests, provide information about services and amenities, and assist with reservations and scheduling.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa boutique, relaxation lounge, and other guest areas, including opening and closing duties.
Process spa and retail transactions accurately using the POS system and assist guests with boutique purchases and product recommendations.
Restock and merchandise retail products while working toward spa retail sales goals.
Monitor guest needs, address service concerns, and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
Provide support at the Fitness Desk and in other areas of the spa as needed.
