About The Position

AHC Hospitality represents a diverse array of hotels, restaurants, and resorts, providing exceptional experiences that delight guests. This role is crucial in serving guests at the spa desk/reception area, offering the highest level of service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner, adhering to JW Marriott and Amway Grand Plaza standards of aggressive hospitality and following all guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

Must be familiar with each hotel's layout, products, services, amenities, and history.
High school diploma or GED.
Related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in an "aggressive hospitality program," greeting all guests with warmth and enthusiasm, and be attentive to their needs.
Prepare standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports.
Learn and follow all hotel policies and procedures pertaining to your area of work.
Follow established uniform standards and comply with all other company policies.
Practice safety standards and report all unsafe conditions.
Provide fast and courteous service to guests by maintaining a well-organized work area.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times as a goodwill ambassador of the AGPH to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a positive attitude, willingness to please guests, and ability to get along with co-workers and supervisors.
Follow established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality.
Adhere to prescribed grooming and appearance standards.
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
Open and/or close the work day.
Book appointments using Spa Booker.
Answer questions about products and services.
Greet and prepare guests for services.
Check guests out and take payments using Volante.
Organize inventory.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the spa.
Provide customer care services as required.
Perform other tasks as required or requested by the Manager.
