About The Position

This role is for a Spa Concierge who will serve guests at the spa desk/reception area, offering the highest level of service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner, adhering to JW Marriott and Amway Grand Plaza standards. Requirements

  • Must be familiar with each hotel's layout, products, services, amenities, and history.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associates attitude, willingness to please guests, ability to get along with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Ability to follow established guidelines, procedures and policies.
  • Good record of attendance and punctuality at work.
  • Adherence to prescribed grooming and appearance standards.

  • Related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve guests at the spa desk/reception area with the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Participate in an "aggressive hospitality program," greeting all guests with warmth and enthusiasm, and being attentive to their needs.
  • Prepare standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports.
  • Learn and follow all hotel policies and procedures pertaining to the area of work, including uniform standards and company policies.
  • Practice safety standards and report all unsafe conditions.
  • Provide fast and courteous service to guests by maintaining a well-organized work area.
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner as a goodwill ambassador of the AGPH to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality.
  • Adhere to prescribed grooming and appearance standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Open and/or close the work day.
  • Book appointments using Spa Booker.
  • Answer questions about products and services.
  • Greet and prepare guests for services.
  • Check guests out and take payments using Volante.
  • Organize inventory.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness of the spa.
  • Provide customer care services as required.
  • Perform other tasks as required or requested by the Manager.
