Spa Concierge/Front Desk
About The Position
The Woodhouse Spa Wilmington is seeking a Spa Concierge/Front Desk professional to join their team. This role is responsible for providing the ultimate guest experience and invoking guest delight. The Spa Concierge will offer personal attention from the moment a guest arrives, educate them on the Woodhouse experience, answer the phone with a smile, and act as a brand ambassador to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment. They will also be responsible for remembering guest preferences and personal details to enhance the memorable experience. Additionally, the Spa Concierge will serve as backup for the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations when needed.
Requirements
- Highly knowledgeable about the surrounding area & lives within 25 minutes or less from location.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and warm demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
- Ability to work on feet for 6-8 hours.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 25+ pounds occasionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.

- Experience with luxury service preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Acts as the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
- Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care the “big stuff”, you always make sure things are running smoothly
