This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints, scheduling guest appointments, maintaining client databases and updating profiles, coordinating facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency, reviewing and coordinating information for service providers, and performing stocking and retail related duties. The position requires excellent interpersonal and basic mathematical skills, comfort working with computers in a fast-paced and regulated environment, and a willingness to assist with guest requests professionally and proactively.
